Into your Instant Pot, add all the ingredients together and mix until combined.
Press the soup button and set the time to 130 minutes.
Once done, allow the Instant Pot to release the pressure naturally, then carefully pour the broth through a fine mesh strainer into a large bowl or large pot. Allow the bone broth to cool, then transfer to jars or containers. Refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
If you'd like, feel free to scrape off the fat for a leaner broth. You can do this after the bone broth has cooled in the fridge for at least 24 hours. The broth should thicken and the fat will rise to the top for you to discard.
