  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 slices fresh ginger
  • ¼ lime , cut into 2 wedges
  • 1 8Greens tablet
  • 1 cup cold sparkling water
  • maple syrup , to taste
  • ½ cup crushed ice


  • Dissolve the 8G tablet in 1 cup cold sparkling water in a glass. Stir in maple syrup until dissolved.
  • Into a glass, place mint leaves and lime wedges and crush until mint oils and lime juice are released. Do not strain. Fill the glass with crushed ice and sliced ginger, then pour in the 8G maple water mixture. Stir and taste. Add more maple syrup if needed.
  • Garnish with extra lime wedges and mint leaves. ENJOY!
