Vegan or not, this herbed garlic dip makes a perfect spread for snack boards or charcuterie boards of all occasions!

  • cup raw cashews , soaked in water 4-8 hours, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice 
  • ½ tsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp dijon mustard
  • ½ cup almond milk 
  • 2 tbsp parsley , chopped
  • 2 tbsp chives , chopped
  • salt and pepper , to taste
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes , optional


  • Add all the ingredients except parsley and chives into a food processor or a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. 
  • Pour the dip mixture into a serving bowl, then add in chopped parsley and chives. Stir until combined, then sprinkle with red pepper flakes. 
  • Taste and adjust seasonings, if needed.
  • Serve immediately, or keep the dip covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
