Preheat oven to 450 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet (I use this one).
In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, ginger, turmeric, chili powder, cumin, garam masala, lemon juice, salt and oil. Adjust seasonings to taste, if needed.
Add in bell peppers and mix until combined. Then add in the paneer cubes and toss to combine. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap or towel and and let the mixture marinate for at least 2 hours.
Arrange the paneer and bell peppers in a skewer, alternating between bell peppers and paneer cubes.
Place the skewers in a single layer on the lined baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until paneer tikka is golden and crisp on the edges. Serve immediately. ENJOY!
