Ingredients
  

  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes , halved
  • ½ cup cilantro , chopped
  • 2 large limes , juiced
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1-2 can corn
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 red bell pepper , chopped
  • 1 red onion , thinly sliced
  • ¾ tsp sea salt , adjust to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper , adjust to taste
  • cayenne (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, corn, onions, bell pepper, and black beans. Add the lime juice, olive oil, honey, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne (optional). Stir to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate for an hour to allow flavors to meld. Stir before serving. ENJOY!
