This decadent 3-ingredient Oreo Pie is the perfect dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth. Made with just Oreos, Cool Whip, and a pre-made pie crust, this luscious treat takes just minutes to assemble!

28 Oreo cookies (each 14.3-ounce package contains 36 cookies) (each 14.3-ounce package contains 36 cookies)
2 containers (8 ounces each) Cool Whip
1 store-bought pie crust (or Oreo pie crust for even more Oreo-goodness!)
Whipped cream , optional

Instructions

Prepare your Oreos

Take 8 Oreos from the package (you will use this to decorate the tops of the pies at the end). Set aside.
Take 15 additional Oreos, then pulse them in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs. Set aside.
Place the last 5 Oreos into a large Ziplock bag, then smash them into small pieces. Set aside.

Assemble the 3-Ingredient Oreo Pie

In a mixing bowl, use a spatula to mix together the Cool Whip and half of the prepared Oreo crumbs until well combined. Then add in the Oreo pieces and mix until evenly distributed. This is the Oreo pie filling.
Pour the Oreo filling on top of the pie crust. Use a spatula to spread it evenly. Top with the remaining Oreo crumbs. Cover with plastic wrap, then freeze for 2-3 hours.
When ready to serve, slice the 3-Ingredient Oreo pie into 8 slices, then top each slice with whipped cream (optional) and a whole oreo cookie. ENJOY!
