In a food processor, add the flour and butter cubes. Process for 30 seconds, until the dough is well-combined but still crumbly.
Transfer the mixture to a large bowl, then mix in 2 tablespoons of ice water with a spatula. If the dough is still too crumbly, add 1 more tablespoon of water at a time until the dough comes together.
Transfer the dough to a clean surface, then form it into a ball. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Once the hour is up, flatten the dough ball using a rolling pin to a disk of your desired pie crust thickness. And that's it! Your 3-ingredient pie crust is ready to use in your favorite recipes!
