  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Spread the parmesan butter generously on one side of all the sourdough slices.
  • Place a slice of bread (butter side down) on the skillet.
  • Add half of the cheddar and mozzarela evenly on top of the bread.
  • Place another buttered slice of bread (butter side up) on top of the cheese.
  • Grill until the sandwich is lightly browned on the bottom, then flip it over.
  • Continue grilling until all the cheese has melted. Transfer to a plate.
  • Repeat step 3-6 with remaining 2 slices of bread, butter, and cheese.
  • This copycat Starbucks grilled cheese is best eaten immediately. ENJOY!
