In a large ziplock bag, add in all the ingredients under "To Marinate the Chicken." Make sure the chicken is well coated with the marinade, then refrigerate for at least 15 minutes (recommended 30 minutes).
In a large nonstick pan on medium-high heat, add in the sesame oil, chili oil, and garlic paste. Mix together until fragrant.
Add in the marinated chicken strips and bell peppers. Add in the soy sauce, ketchup, honey, salt, pepper, and dry chilies. Toss to combine, then saute until chicken is cooked through and bell peppers are soft. Mix in the chopped cashews and fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
