Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly spray or line an
8 x 4-inch loaf pan
. Set aside.
Add apple cider vinegar to milk. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes.
Whisk butter and sugar until combined. Add into the milk mixture, then add in the vanilla extract.
In a separate
bowl,
add flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until combined.
Add the flour mixture into the wet ingredients. Using a
spatula
, stir until combined. If using, fold in your mix-in's.
In another bowl, add cinnamon and brown sugar. Mix until combined.
Add ¼ of the batter into the loaf pan. Sprinkle ¼ of the cinnamon mixture. Swirl the mixture using a knife. Repeat until batter runs out.
Mix crumble topping together, and sprinkle over the top of the loaf (optional).
Bake loaf in the preheated oven for approximately 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean
Once done, cool for 30 mins, then cut into 12 slices. ENJOY!
