In a medium bowl, add oats, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and chia seeds. Mix until combined.
Using a spatula, transfer the oat mixture into the prepared pan and press firmly until batter is packed to the bottom of the pan.
Spread the strawberry jam over the crust until it is evenly coated. Then layer with sliced strawberries and almonds.
Bake strawberry bars for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, make the almond glaze by adding the powdered sugar, almond extract, and milk into a small bowl. Whisk until fully combined.
Remove the oat bars from the oven and pour the almond glaze on the bars. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
