If you're short on time to make dinner and are wondering how to cook boneless pork ribs in the oven fast, this is the recipe for you. This delicious country style pork ribs recipe takes around 30 minutes to make from start to finish and yields an incredibly juicy, tender, and flavorful boneless ribs. A true family favorite!
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a large baking pan with aluminum foil or grease with cooking spray.
Cut the ribs into smaller, individual portions (this helps cut down the cooking time).
Rub the salt, pepper, and smoked paprika all over the boneless pork ribs. Place the ribs in the prepared baking pan and drizzle with melted butter. If you have time, leave the ribs to marinate for 15-20 minutes (recommended for best results). Otherwise, continue to the next step.
Bake the ribs for 15 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and slather the ribs with your choice of sauce (barbecue sauce or plum sauce are my favorites).
Bake for 10 minutes, then brush on another coat of sauce and bake for 5 more minutes. Once done, the ribs should cooked through (145 F with a meat thermometer) and have a thick glaze on it.
Serve the ribs alongside your favorite sides (see below for recommendations), and feel free to add on extra sauce. ENJOY!
