Where Do You Get Your Country Style Pork Loin Ribs From?

We are HUGE fans of Crowd Cow and have recently been getting all our meats from them.

We’ve tried all different kinds of meat subscription services, grocery stores, and local butchers – and have found that Crowd Cow has the best value for higher-quality meats (beef, chicken, pork, seafood, and more).

But aside from the higher-quality cuts, we love that all their meats actually taste better and are sourced responsibly.

Plus, it’s just so convenient to have it delivered to our doorsteps whenever we want!

PRO TIP: Crowd Cow also has this pre-marinated Korean Country Style Pork Ribs that is ridiculously delicious. And it’s just $8 for close to a whole pound of meat, all seasoned and ready to go.

You should absolutely check out Crowd Cow and see if it’s a good fit for your family. A lot of our readers love it, and so do we!

How to Make Boneless Baked Pork Ribs

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a large baking pan with aluminum foil or grease with cooking spray.
  2. Cut the ribs into smaller, individual portions (this helps cut down the cooking time).
  3. Rub the salt, pepper, and smoked paprika all over the boneless pork ribs. Place the ribs in the prepared baking pan and drizzle with melted butter. If you have time, leave the ribs to marinate for 15-20 minutes (recommended for best results). Otherwise, continue to the next step.
  4. Bake the ribs for 15 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and slather the ribs with your choice of sauce (barbeque sauce or plum sauce are my favorites).
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, then brush on another coat of sauce and bake for 5 more minutes. Once done, the ribs should cooked through (145 F with a meat thermometer) and have a thick glaze on it.
  6. Serve the ribs alongside your favorite sides (see below for recommendations), and feel free to add on extra sauce. ENJOY!
