These No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars are incredibly delicious, decadent, and SO easy to make! All you need is 5 simple ingredients: peanut butter, maple syrup, oats, chocolate chips, and coconut oil! Just 10 minutes of active prep time, and you have a healthy and unbelievably delicious snack or dessert! Naturally gluten-free and vegetarian.
Line a9x13 panwith parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter and maple syrup. Add in the rolled oats or oat flour and mix until well-combined.
Transfer the peanut butter mixture into the lined loaf pan, then evenly press down with a spatula.
Add dark chocolate chips and coconut oil into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 20 seconds. Stir, then repeat until chocolate is fully melted.
Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer. Evenly spread the mixture with a spatula.
Set the loaf pan in the freezer for 30 minutes, then cut into 16 bars.
Enjoy immediately, or store bars in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
