5-Ingredient No Bake Peanut Butter Bars (GF, V)
Okay, okay. This post is long overdue, but we’re finally ready to share our secret NO-BAKE Peanut Butter Bar recipe! Made with just 5 wholesome ingredients, this recipe only takes 10 minutes to make, and 30 minutes to freeze! If you’re looking for a foolproof chocolate peanut butter dessert, this is it!! These No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars are incredibly delicious, decadent, and SO easy to make! It requires no oven time, and you probably have all the ingredients ready in your pantry right now!

What You Need to Make No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars
- 1 ¼ cup natural creamy peanut butter
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats , sub 1 ½ cups oat flour for smoother consistency
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
How to Make No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars
- Line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter and maple syrup. Add in the rolled oats or oat flour and mix until well-combined.
- Transfer the peanut butter mixture into the lined loaf pan, then evenly press down with a spatula.
- Add dark chocolate chips and coconut oil into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 20 seconds. Stir, then repeat until chocolate is fully melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer. Evenly spread the mixture with a spatula.
- Set the loaf pan in the freezer for 30 minutes, then cut into 16 bars.
- Enjoy immediately, or store bars in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
