Instructions
Into a
high-speed blender
, add all the ingredients (except ice) and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a
fine strainer
to remove the fiber and retain only the juice.
Add ice cubes to 2
tall glasses
and pour in the strained pineapple juice. ENJOY!
