3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tsp pineapple juice
1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup - use more as needed)
2 cloves garlic
½ tsp ginger puree
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
½ tsp onion powder crushed red chili pepper (optional)
