the fudgiest chai-spiced brownies i’ve ever made

the fudgiest chai-spiced brownies i’ve ever made ☕️

#dEats:
- 8 oz @hersheys chocolate
- ½ cup @organicvalley unsalted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large @vitalfarms eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp brewed @drinkgoldenratio chai-spiced gold coffee

👉🏼 mix everything and pour into an 8x8 greased pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350F. Let cool for 10 minutes, then slice up into bars! ENJOY! :)

came back from Mexico to find a box of @gomacro’s NEW lemon bars!! 🍋

so we made our next meal revolve around these and had #BreakfastForLunch!

(cause breakfast is appropriate any time right? 😂)

On the table today: MATCHA LEMON PANCAKES!

- 1 1/3 cups flour (can use gf flour)
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 cup milk (can use regular or almond)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp matcha (optional + can add more or spirulina for more color)

👉🏼 mix everything together until JUST combined (dont overmix!). Heat your pan on medium-high and melt extra coconut oil/butter. Pour 1/3 to 1/2 cup of batter for each pancake & cook for a few minutes until golden then flip over and cook an additional minute.

Top with your favorite toppings!! I used @wild_friends creamy peanut butter (only bc we were out of crunchy!! 😉), @wedderspoonofficial honey, @gomacro new lemon bars, sliced 🍓, and a dash of bee pollen!

While we were walking down a beach in Playa Del Ca

While we were walking down a beach in Playa Del Carmen 🏖, we met a man selling these things he called “kiwis” (swipe 👉🏼 for video)

Of course, we like new things, so we bought two. He had 2 options for these kiwis: one with pork filling and one with soy.

(if i mispelled these, PLEASE let me know the right spelling!! 👇🏼)

anyways, with our very limited Spanish, we didnt quite understand what he said, so we just strsight up bit into what seems like a fully stuffed deep fried dough (maybe made out of corn?) and topped with some sort of pickle.

all that to say: I’m posting this because neither one of us has been able to find anything in Google about these “kiwi‘s” that we ate.

Can anyone tell us exactly what these are and whether or not they’re spelled like “kiwi”? Cause we definitely can’t find any info on this food!! 😂😂
