Over the last few years, I’ve been looking for new ways to incorporate more plant-based proteins into my diet – and this 6-ingredient crispy tofu recipe has quickly become a favorite in our house.

This dish is a go-to for busy weeknights when I don’t have a lot of time to cook, but still want something tasty and satisfying. The crispy texture of the tofu pairs perfectly with the simple seasoning, and I love how versatile this recipe is! You can serve it on its own as a main dish, or use it as a protein-packed addition to stir-fries, salads, and more.

How to Make 6-Ingredient Crispy Tofu

  1. In a medium bowl, add the tofu, salt & pepper, seasonings (if using), cornstarch, and oil. Toss to combine.
  2. Air fry at 400F for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, whisk together Moore’s Marinade with sriracha. Pour this over the tofu mixture after the 10 min is up, then air fry for an additional 3-5 minutes until crispy.
  4. Serve warm over a bowl of rice or noodles. ENJOY!!
