  3. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet (I use cast iron skillet) on medium-high heat and add some oil or butter. When the pan is hot, add the pork chops and sear for 3 minutes on each side until they are well-browned and the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  4. Baste both sides of the chops with the leftover marinade directly in the hot pan, then cook each side for 30 more seconds.
  5. Transfer the thin chops to a plate or cutting board and let them rest for 5 minutes before cutting so that all of the juices stay inside instead of running out onto your plate! ENJOY!

    Followed the directions exactly and it turned out great. I made a butter sauce too and truffle fries on the side and the combination was out of this world.
