How to Make This Instant Pot Pulled Pork Tacos

Prepare the Coleslaw

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all the coleslaw ingredients using tongs.
  2. Transfer to an airtight container, then refrigerate until ready to use.

Make the Instant Pot BBQ Pulled Pork Recipe

  1. Rub the pork roast pieces evenly with the Pioneer Smoky BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning Mix.
  2. Into an Instant Pot, add the broth and gently place the pork roast inside the pot.
  3. Pour 1½ cups of barbecue sauce over the pork, then close the Instant Pot lid and set to sealing.
  4. Cook on manual high pressure for 45 minutes, then let the pressure naturally release for 5 minutes before a final quick release.
  5. Shred the pork using 2 forks, then mix in the remaining 1 cup BBQ sauce, if desired.
