When I lived in Denver, my family used to go watch professional baseball games all the times. To be honest, I’m not sure why we watched baseball so much (for context, none of us actually played baseball) — BUT, those seasons were such fun memories! I remember getting into the stadiums, lining up for some kettlecorn and hot stadium nachos, and walking up to our seats (which were always waaay up high!) Since then, kettlecorn and nachos have held a special place in my heart (seriously!) Thankfully, we’ve passed our stadium nacho phase and have since upgraded to homemade nacho dip – which tastes 1000x better!

I first made this recipe during a super bowl party we attended in college. And let me tell you, everyone there loved it! Using a combination of sharp cheddar cheese and mild colby cheese, this Extra Cheesy Hot Nacho Dip is the easiest 10-minute nacho cheese sauce you’ll EVER make!
