Our Decadent Peppermint Sipping Chocolate is the perfect winter holiday drink! Made with just a few ingredients, this peppermint-infused hot chocolate takes only 10 minutes to make and is a sure crowd-favorite! Naturally gluten-free, and easily adapted to be dairy-free and vegan. 100% indulgent and 100% delicious!
Feeling adventurous? Add a shot of espresso and turn this into a delicious peppermint mocha!

Ingredients to Make Decadent Peppermint Sipping Chocolate
- 1 3/4 cups whole milk, sub coconut or oat milk if DF/VG
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, sub vegan chocolate if DF/VG
- 2 tbsp honey, sub maple syrup if VG
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 drops peppermint extract
- whipped cream, to serve, sub coconut whipped cream if DF/VG
- candy canes, to serve
How to Make Decadent Peppermint Sipping Chocolate
- Into a small pot, add in milk, chocolate, and honey. Heat on medium heat, stirring regularly until chocolate has melted. Remove from heat.
- Add in salt, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Pour into 2 large mugs, then top with whipped cream and candy canes. ENJOY!
