The Easiest Afternoon Snack: Loaded Banana!
If you’re craving something simple, healthy, and ridiculously delicious, try this 3-Minute Loaded Banana recipe! Made with just 4 simple ingredients, this super easy recipe will hit that sweet spot anytime! Can be easily modified to gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan!

Ingredients to Make Loaded Banana:
- 1 large banana
- 1-2 tbsp of your favorite spread (I recommend nut butters, Nutella, or coffee spreads)
- 1 energy bar (I recommend Quantum Energy Squares, RX Bars, Mezcla, or GoMacro)
- Nuts or seeds, chopped
How to Make Loaded Banana:
- Peel and slice the banana into coins. Place it in a small bowl.
- Add a large dollop of your favorite spread.
- Cut up the energy bar into small cubes and sprinkle it into the bowl.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts/seeds.
- Serve immediately. ENJOY!
