This McDonald’s Strawberry Banana Smoothie recipe makes a fresh, delicious smoothie that tastes just like the ones you can get via drive-through, but with better ingredients! This smoothie is one of my favorites because it’s perfectly sweet, creamy, refreshing, and healthy. You can make it dairy-free and vegan too!

- 2 cups frozen strawberries, stems removed
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (or plant-based yogurt if vegan/dairy-free)
- 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk for vegan/dairy-free)

- Use a high-quality blender. Just like making nut butter is easier with a high-quality food processor, you’ll make better smoothies every time with a high-quality blender. I use the Ninja blender and love it! It’s not too expensive and makes crazy delicious smoothies.
- Make it dairy-free and vegan. To make this strawberry banana smoothie dairy-free and vegan, use dairy-free yogurt (like cashew yogurt or coconut yogurt) and dairy-free milk (like almond milk or oat milk).
- If you want it sweeter: Honestly, I love this smoothie as is without added sweetener, but if you’d like to make this strawberry banana smoothie sweeter, feel free to add maple syrup, honey, or sugar.
