Sambal Aioli (Hot Chili Aioli) Dipping Sauce

This easy Sambal Aioli Dipping Sauce is a delicious spinoff to our famous Sambal Oelek recipe! Made with just 4 ingredients, you can whip up this delicious hot chili aioli dipping sauce in 5 minutes tops! Pairs incredibly well with fried shrimp, calamari, french fries, crispy tofu, and more! Ingredients to Make Sambal Aioli (Hot Chili Aioli) Dipping Sauce
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1-2 tbsp sambal oelek, homemade or store-bought
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
How to Make Sambal Aioli (Hot Chili Aioli) Dipping Sauce
- In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined.
- Serve immediately, or transfer into to a jar and cover with a lid. Sambal Aioli should be refrigerated until ready to use. ENJOY!

I made a buddha bowl and topped it with this sambal aioli and it was mind-blowingly delicious!

this is a great recipe
i came to this recipe after making your sambal oelek recipe and used it as a dipping sauce for chicken nuggets. i about had to fight my husband for it! will make again.
