How to Make Roasted Baby Potatoes with “Bacon” Gravy

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Place the baby potatoes on a baking dish, then drizzle with extra-virgin oil and coat evenly.
  3. Sprinkle on the minced garlic, rosemary, chili powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss to combine.
  4. Prepare the “bacon” gravy mix by mixing it with 1/2 cups water. Pour this mixture into the baking dish, then roast for 20-25 minutes until tender. ENJOY!
