- 1 pound baby Yukon gold potatoes
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
For The Gravy
- 1 packet Pioneer Smoky Country Bacon Gravy Mix
- 1 1/2 cups water

How to Make Roasted Baby Potatoes with “Bacon” Gravy
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Place the baby potatoes on a baking dish, then drizzle with extra-virgin oil and coat evenly.
- Sprinkle on the minced garlic, rosemary, chili powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss to combine.
- Prepare the “bacon” gravy mix by mixing it with 1/2 cups water. Pour this mixture into the baking dish, then roast for 20-25 minutes until tender. ENJOY!
