Easy 5-Minute Samosa Chaat
This easy samosa chaat recipe makes a hearty serving of delicious Indian chaat filled with fresh samosa, chickpeas, curry spices, and flavorful chutneys. And it takes just 5 minutes to make!

What You Need to Make Samosa Chaat
Ingredients:
- 1 samosa, store-bought or homemade
- 1⁄2 cup chickpeas, cooked
- 1 tablespoon coriander mint chutney
- 1 tablespoon tamarind chutney
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- 1⁄4 teaspoon chaat masala (I like this one)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄4 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
- yogurt, to taste (omit if DF)
- Sev
How to Make Samosa Chaat in 5 Minutes!
- Crush one samosa on a plate. Top with 1⁄2 cup chickpeas, followed by coriander mint chutney and tamarind chutney.
- Now add the chopped onion, green chilli, sev, chaat masala, cumin, red chili powder, salt, pepper, yogurt (if using), and fresh parsley. Combine using a fork. Serve immediately. ENJOY!
