Easy 5-Minute Samosa Chaat

This easy samosa chaat recipe makes a hearty serving of delicious Indian chaat filled with fresh samosa, chickpeas, curry spices, and flavorful chutneys. And it takes just 5 minutes to make!

What You Need to Make Samosa Chaat

Ingredients:

  • 1 samosa, store-bought or homemade
  • 1⁄2 cup chickpeas, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon coriander mint chutney
  • 1 tablespoon tamarind chutney
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon chaat masala (I like this one)
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • yogurt, to taste (omit if DF)
  • Sev

How to Make Samosa Chaat in 5 Minutes!

  1. Crush one samosa on a plate. Top with 1⁄2 cup chickpeas, followed by coriander mint chutney and tamarind chutney.
  2. Now add the chopped onion, green chilli, sev, chaat masala, cumin, red chili powder, salt, pepper, yogurt (if using), and fresh parsley. Combine using a fork. Serve immediately. ENJOY!
