These days, lots of people have adopted the keto lifestyle for a variety of reasons. But while following the keto diet tends to be easier for meals, finding the best keto snacks can be more challenging.

On one hand, you can make your own keto snacks (like delicious fat bombs or this Savory Dutch Baby). However, the struggle is most often found when you want to BUY easy keto-friendly snacks to take on the go.

This guide outlines the BEST keto snacks that you absolutely need to try (and stock up on!) They’re all low carb, low sugar, and they actually taste good! (after all, not all keto snacks are made equal)

Most of the keto snacks in this guide are available on Amazon Prime with 2-day shipping (sometimes even same-day delivery.) Trust me, it comes in handy if you’re already running low on keto snacks and are shopping last minute. If you’re not already an Amazon Prime member, you can snag a 30-day FREE trial.

Here is the ultimate guide to crowd-favorite keto snacks you can buy today and take on the go.

Go ahead, give these keto snacks a try and let me know which ones are your favorites!

Best Keto Ice Creams

These keto-friendly ice creams is the best keto snack for the hot summer days! Grab a pint, or two, or three of delicious, creamy sweet treats – without all the sugar!

Nick’s Swedish-Style Keto Ice Cream

Just like Nick’s Keto Snack Bars (ahem, keto Snickers), their Swedish-style Ice Cream does not disappoint. It’s creamy and rich – just like ice cream should be!

These Swedish-style keto ice creams come in 3 flavors: Cookies and Kram (Cookies and Cream), Peanot Butter Cup (Peanut Butter Cup), and Salta Karmell (Salted Caramel).

Every pint of Nick’s keto ice cream contains just 220-360 calories, and is made with sugar-free sweeteners like erythritol, birch sugar, allulose, monk fruit, and stevia.

0 sugar, keto-friendly, and just darn delicious!

Rebel Keto Ice Cream “The Maverick” Case

When you’re talking about keto ice creams, you have to go big or go home right?

The “Maverick” case of these Rebel keto ice creams includes all your favorite flavors in one delivery. You’ll get a pint of each of these flavors: Cookies & Cream, Salted Caramel, Black Raspberry, Triple Chocolate, Cherry Chip, Coconut Almond Swirl, Peanut Butter Fudge, and Vanilla.

Each pint only has 5-8 net carbs and contains no sugar. Its full-fat, low carb content makes Rebel ice cream keto compliant and diabetic friendly!

Nubocha Non-Dairy Keto Gelato – Salty & Sweet Pack

Nubocha takes the idea of keto ice cream to a whole different level: keto gelato!

Our favorite flavor combination is currently available on Amazon as the salty & sweet keto ice cream pack.

  • The sweet: creamy vanilla gelato.
  • The salty: salted caramel gelato.

We think the two flavors make the perfect pair!

Each pint has 250-330 calories, has 5-7 grams net carbs, and also contains no added sugar and no sugar alcohols. This is because each Nubocha gelato is only sweetened with allulose (which happens to be low-glycemic too!)

Nubocha prides itself in being a clean label, with each of their keto gelatos made with 9 or fewer ingredients!

It’s keto friendly, gluten-free, coconut-free, soy-free, vegan friendly, and non-GMO.

Best Keto Cereals

Breakfast didn’t fill you up? Or maybe you’re just craving for the good ‘ole taste of carby cereals you used to have before you went keto. Whatever your reasons are, grab a bowl and a spoon because these keto cereals make the perfect keto snack for when your breakfast is a miss.

Magic Spoon Keto Breakfast Cereal

Magic Spoon cereals look (and surprisingly taste) just like your favorite childhood cereals, except for one small difference: they’re all keto friendly!

We love the Magic Spoon variety pack cereal, which includes 4 boxes of cereal: Fruity, Cocoa, Frosted, Peanut butter.

Each serving of Magic Spoon keto cereals has 11 grams of protein, only 3-4 net carbs, and 0g of sugar! It’s a great keto snack idea for those on the keto diet or just choosing a low-carb lifestyle.

Aside from being keto-friendly, all their cereals are also gluten-free, grain-free, non-GMO, soy-free, and sugar alcohol-free.

DID YOU KNOW? Forbes magazine dubbed Magic Spoon cereal as “the future of cereal”. Curious? try it for yourself!

HighKey Low Carb Keto Cereal

There’s a reason why you’ll see the Highkey brand featured on this guide a few times: they specialize in keto snacks, and each one is just so dang good!

Their line of keto protein cereal is not an exception. My favorite flavor, the Cocoa Protein cereal is seriously a favorite snack in our house – even though we’re not even hardcore keto dieters! That should tell you something about how good (I mean.. addicting) this keto cereal is!

It’s like if Cocoa Puffs and Rice Krispies had a baby.. but it’s made keto, this would be it.

It has zero carbs (net), no artificial ingredients, grain-free, and sugar-free. It makes for a great snack – whether in the morning or when the midnight hunger strikes!

And again: did I mention how much protein is in this cereal? 10 grams per serving! Keep a box in your desk drawer at the office for a quick keto snack (it’s shelf stable, so it’ll keep for a while!)

Each serving contains less than 100 calories and is one of HighKey’s best selling low-carb foods.

Schoolyard Snacks Low Carb Keto Cereal

If you’re looking for a true Cocoa Puffs copycat, the Schoolyard Snacks cocoa keto cereal is a true low-carb alternative. To make this crunchy cereal, they replaced the carbs and sugar with lactose-free protein.

It’s sweetened naturally with monk fruit and allulose and if it’s not already, it needs to be on your keto snack list!

I haven’t seen Schoolyard Snack’s line of keto-friendly food in the grocery stores much here in Kansas City, but they’re available almost all the time on Amazon – so that’s where I get them.

Each serving of this keto cereal contains zero sugar, only 3 grams fat content, 1 gram net carb, and 100 calories. They’re also free of artificial sweeteners, color, sugar, grains, gluten, soy and nuts!

What I love about Schoolyard Snacks is how it’s portioned into individual serving sizes (both for portion control and on-the-go convenience). Each pouch contains 3/4 cup of protein cereal and is a good source of protein at 16 grams per serving.

Snacks House Keto Cereal

If you’re not a huge chocolate love, this “Fruit Loops” keto dupe is the keto cereal you’ve been looking for.

Snack House Keto Cereal (Fruity Puffs/Fruity Rubbles) might as well be Fruit Loops in shape, texture, color, and taste! If I didn’t tell you it was keto, you might not even know!

Each serving has 2 grams of carbs and is made almost entirely of protein! I’m serious when I say this tasty snack brought me back to my childhood cafeteria days!

Best Keto Cookies

How could we make a list of the best low-carb snacks without including keto cookies.. right? Fear not, friends! We’ve taste-tested SO many cookies so we can share with you which ones truly make the most delicious keto snack!

HighKey Keto Snacks (Mini Cookies)

HighKey’s Keto Mini Cookies come in various flavors: Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle, Double Chocolate Brownie, Vanilla Shortbread, Peanut Butter, Lemon, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Chocolate Mint, Salted Caramel.

No matter what flavor you choose, each serving of these keto cookies contains 0 grams of sugar, 2 grams of fiber, and only 1g of net carbs.

But not only is it keto-friendly and low carb, these cookies are also gluten-free and grain-free.

SuperFat (Keto Cookies Snack Pack)

Superfat Keto Cookie Bites are healthy keto snack that does NOT skimp on flavors!

It’s packed with healthy fats and uses simple ingredients like almonds, grass-fed butter, eggs, stevia-sweetened chocolate chips, and collagen.

If you’re not a fan of Chocolate Chip, you can also buy their other keto cookie bites flavors: Double Chocolate, Peanut Butter, and Snickerdoodle.

The texture of Superfat cookies is more crumbly than the others, but the taste is definitely much closer to what you’d expect a normal cookie to taste like.

Each serving has zero sugar, 3g carbs (net), 3 g fiber, and 4 g protein.

PRO TIP: I use Superfat cookies in my easy recipe for pie crust! To make, I combine 9oz Superfat cookies + 1/2 cup melted butter in the food processor until crumbly. Then, I pack them down tightly on a pie plate. So easy and no pre-baking required. I love to top the crust with my homemade keto chocolate cheesecake filling (using cream cheese, dark chocolate, and stevia).

Nunbelievable (Low-Carb Keto Cookies)

While Nunbelievable isn’t an exclusively keto brand, their new low-carb, keto cookies are to die for!

These keto cookies come in four flavors: Chocolate Chip, Pecan Sandy, Snickerdoodle, and Double Chocolate Chip. You can buy them individually, or as a bundle!

My favorite flavor is the Double Chocolate Chip, which has no sugar added! Nunbelieveable uses a mix of stevia and monk fruit extract in their keto cookies to make them deliciously low-carb (only 1 g of net carbs per serving).

These low-carb cookies are also made with non-GMO, gluten-free, and grain-free ingredients.

DID YOU KNOW? Every Nunbelieveable cookie sold provides a meal to help someone in need. 1 cookie = 1 meal. Since they launched, Nunbelievable has donated over 600,000 meals to their partners: Feeding America, World Vision, and others.

Quest Nutrition Protein Cookie (Chocolate Chip)

If you want a keto cookie that tastes like a regular soft-baked cookie, Quest Nutrition’s Protein Cookie line is a fantastic option.

The Quest Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie has a soft & chewy texture with 15g protein, 9g of fiber, 4g net carbs, and less than 1g sugars!

Keep in mind that these cookies are not vegan, but they are made with complete proteins (dairy-based) that provide 9 essential amino acids.

Bottom line: it’s delicious and it’s keto! It’s one of the best keto-friendly snacks out there and I happen to think this particular flavor tastes like cookie dough.

PRO TIP: warm it up for 10 seconds in the microwave and eat it with a spoon. Heavenly!

HighKey Keto Snacks (Soft-Baked Mini Bites)

If you’re not a fan of crunchy cookies, HighKey’s Keto Mini Bites is where it’s at. These have a soft-baked texture to them compared to their mini cookies, and taste like a cross between cookies and muffins!

These keto bites come in three flavors: Blueberry, Birthday Cake, and Banana Nut.

The Keto Birthday Cake bite is my favorite flavor, they are so good you need to try them!

Each serving of these keto bites contains just 2 grams of net carbs, making it perfectly keto-friendly and low-carb (also gluten-free and grain-free.)

It’s a great option when you’re watching your carb intake.

Eat Different Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

Eat Different keto cookies are, well, different from the others. It’s the world’s first ever brain-boosting snack food that so happens to be keto-friendly!

Their line of SMART Cookies is low carb, contains no added sugar, gluten, dairy, or grains.

Aside from their better-for-you ingredients (like almond flour and coconut butter), this cookie adds an all-natural adaptogen called Lion’s Mane Mushroom that supposedly helps improve brain function.

These cookies are suitable for both paleo and ketogenic diet. And just in case you’re still not sure, Eat Smart offers a satisfaction guarantee for all their keto desserts. If you buy them and don’t like them, they’ll give you a full refund!

Best Keto Candy Bar

Okay, so this one is tricky. I know one of the most common goals for following the keto diet (outside of health reasons and weight loss) is to stave off sugar. But sometimes, when the sugar cravings are so high you think you might give in to a candy bar, it’s good to know there is another delicious way to stick with your keto diet and enjoy your candy bar. These keto candy bars contain just small amounts of sugar and will not break the sugar bank on your high-fat diet.

Nick’s Keto Snack Bars (Choklad Peanot)

Okay, Nick’s Keto Snack Bars are technically not actual candy bars, but these Swedish-style snack bars taste JUST like Snickers. Our favorite flavor is the Chocolate Peanut (aka Choklad Peanot) and we always have a few of these in our fridge for whenever the candy bar cravings hit. It gives you all the good feelings of a Snickers bar, but with keto-compliant ingredients!

ChocZero (Keto Cups)

I don’t know about you, but I have a weakness for Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. So when Halloween trickles in (or you find yourself staring at the candy bar aisle in the grocery store), go ahead and order a bag of these ChocZero peanut butter cups instead.

These milk chocolate peanut butter cups are keto, but they definitely hit the spot you thought was only reserved for Reese’s (speaking from personal experience here).

To make this treat, ChocZero blends sugar-free creamy peanut butter with low-carb milk chocolate that is only sweetened with monk fruit (no sugar alcohols or artificial sweeteners)

As far as nutritional value goes, each serving contains only 2 g carbs (net) and is free of palm oil, soy, and gluten.

Kiss My Keto Candy Gummy Bears

Not a chocolate candy bar fan but a fan of sweet candies? This one is for you.

Kiss my Keto gummy bears are very similar to SmartSweets (another brand worth checking out for sugar-free candies).

It’s low in sugar, calories, and carbs.

These juicy gummy bears have just 2 grams of sugar, 40 calories, 2 grams net carbs per candy bag.

But they’re not just low in certain macros, they’re also high healthy fats that come from MCT oil (from coconut oil)

As far as flavors go, Kiss My Keto currently offers these gummy bears in 3 flavors: peach, strawberry, and apple.

Best Keto Granola

You may say that granola is similar to cereal. But in my books, they belong in completely separate categories 🙂 Personally, I think granola is one of the best healthy sweet snacks.

So I thought it was only fitting to write up a section on the Best Keto Granola you can buy on Amazon today! They’re SO good.

NuTrail Keto Blueberry Nut Granola

While regular granola tends to focus on oats, keto granola shines the spotlight on nuts.

NuTrail offers a low carb keto nut granola that has only 3 grams net carbs! Better yet, each serving of the blueberry cinnamon flavor (my favorite!) has 5 grams protein, 16 grams healthy fats, zero added sugar, and is gluten-free, grain-free, and non-GMO.

I love bringing a bag of these keto granola with me whenever I go hiking. It’s one of my favorite easy keto snacks because you can enjoy it straight out of the bag (though it’s also incredible with a splash of cold milk!)

The Granola Bakery Cinnamon Pecan Keto Granola

If you love all things cinnamon, you’ll like The Granola Bakery’s Cinnamon Crunch keto granola.

They use real cinnamon sticks for that fragrant cinnamon taste, and the protein blend consists of pecans, almonds, coconuts, and pumpkin seeds.

Each serving has 1g net carbs, 6 g fiber, and 5g protein (moderate protein amount for granola!)

What I love about the Granola Bakery is they handcraft each batch of granola in small batches and it really does taste fresh!

This Cinnamon Crunch keto granola is free from Gluten, Grains, Soy, Dairy, Extracts, Preservatives, and Additives.

Sola Low Carb & Keto Friendly Granola

If you’re looking for a high-protein snack in the form of granola, Sola Granola is where it’s at. With 4 g net carbs and 16 whopping grams of protein per serving, it’s hard to beat Sola Granola in terms of protein content.

They have a lot of flavor varieties, but my favorite is the Sola Vanilla Almond flavor.

Their keto granola is gluten-free and contains no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.

HighKey Keto Granola Cereal & Clusters

Another HighKey product? You bet.

As I’m writing this best keto snacks list in the Fall, I absolutely had to include HighKey’s keto Maple Pecan granola. It’s a deliciously crunchy snack that is also low carb. I discovered this last year, and let me tell you how much my taste buds love this stuff!

Let me start out by saying their keto granola is actually filling (this is good!). They are only lightly sweetened and the granola itself is made out of almonds, pecans, pumpkin seeds, chia, flax, and sunflower seeds.

Each serving of this low-carb granola has only 2 g net carbs and, as with all their other products, has zero gluten and grain.

Innofoods Organic Coconut Keto Clusters

If you’ve been following the keto lifestyle for a while, there’s a good chance you’ve heard of Innofoods famous Coconut Keto Clusters.

While these aren’t technically granola, I find them to be extremely similar in texture and taste, so I’m classifying this as part of our best keto granola category.

It’s organic, gluten-free, keto friendly, and low carb. These clusters combine pecans, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and of course, coconut shreds. One of the best snacks I’ve had ever, both keto and non-keto combined!

Each serving has just 4 grams net carbs, and it’s worth every gram!

More Best Keto Snacks – Savory Options

If you’re not looking for a sweet treat, here are a few incredibly delicious snacks that are less sweet and more savory, low-carb, and keto.

Fat Snax Almond Flour Crackers

When you’re on the keto diet, Cheez-it’s are out of the question. Thankfully, Fat Snax Almond Flour Crackers has a Cheddar flavor that is similar to Cheez-It’s in shape and flavor!

Since these snacks are made with almond flour and coconut flour, these almond flour crackers are naturally gluten free. But even better, it has no added sugar and each serving contains just 2-3 net carbs, with 11 grams fat!

My husband loves this snack.

Flock Original Chicken Chips

If you have the munchies for some potato chips but want a keto-friendly alternative, try these Flock Chicken Skin Chips!

They have a crispy texture similar to potato chips, but with way more protein and without all the carbs! We especially love the original flavor, which has 0g carbs, 180 calories, 0g sugar, and 13g of protein per serving.

Overall, we love these keto chips because they are a delicious, low-carb, sugar-free, high in protein, and gluten-free alternative to potato chips.

The Granola Bakery Keto Macadamia Nuts

Okay, okay. Full disclaimer, these aren’t totally savory.

But these keto Cinnamon Macadamia Crunch are sort of savory because it combines high fat macadamia nuts with coconut cream, cinnamon, and french sea salt for a yummy sweet and salty mix.

It has just 1 gram net carbs, 4 g of fiber, and 2 g protein.

No gluten, grains, soy, dairy, preservatives, and additives here. Just pure keto nut goodness.

Wonderful Pistachios

I’ve been snacking on these Wonderful Pistachios even before I knew keto was a thing. So it’s safe to say I’m a fan!

All Wonderful Pistachios are California-grown, crunchy, and just slightly salted. I love that they practice sustainable harvesting, too!

My favorite way to buy these is getting the multipack through Amazon because my local stores don’t have them. I love the grab-and-go convenience, especially when I’m traveling through airports! An easy way to fill up and a great alternative to oily airport potato chips.

They are certified non-GMO, Gluten-Free, Kosher, and Halal.

Best Keto Snacks Guide Bonus: My Favorite Keto Nut Butter!

SuperFat (Keto Nut Butters Snack Pack)

Here’s a bonus keto snack for you: SuperFat’s Keto Nut Butter. Why, you may ask?

I have 2 words for you: Nutella dupe!

This Superfat Cacao Coconut flavor is my favorite alternative to Nutella. You can use it just as you would Nutella, except this one is high in healthy fats and without the added sugar!
